History
Developed solo by Peter M. Oskierko over several months between 2025 and 2026, Dead Head Drive was built as a small-scope game with expansion potential. Development shifted from a narrative game to an arcade racer because of time, scope, and budget limits. Peter created almost everything himself—from design and programming to the soundtrack—except some 3D assets, which were reworked to match the game's vibe. The game launched in May 2026.
